Do it alone or bring a friend along to your 60-minute free intro session where you’ll get started by first meeting your personal coach.

First, your coach will explain our fitness methodology, as well as our application of functional fitness. Your coach will then look at your fitness strengths and limitations and evaluate your current level of fitness.
