Nomad Private Coaching

Even after you’ve graduated from the personal training in Fundamentals, there comes a time in your fitness journey that your goals may change or evolve.  You may want to lose more weight, get a pull-up or muscle-up, run a 5K, or sign up for competitions.  In these instances, it’s a great time to schedule a time with your coach.  Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, assess your movement, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths.

Once you get a plan in place with your coach, you can attend our Open Gym hours to work on these skills.  (To attend Open Gym, there must be a plan in place with your Coach, no self programming).  Your coach will set times when to meet again to assess your progress.
