Every day, through our online coaching platform, you’ll get a lesson and a habit to practice. You’ll get regular feedback from your coach, and you can reach out to her directly, anytime.

 

How much will it cost?

You’ll have the opportunity to get nutrition coaching for only $97  per month.

You’ll get the best personal nutrition coaching — with daily practices, lessons, and workouts — for about $3 a day. You’ll finally get the body you want, and you’ll have the skills, tools, and habits to make your results last a lifetime.

“I want to devote my time to making health and fitness something that’s achievable and attainable for every type of person, no matter where they are in life”, Lori Bean.

Lori is a middle-aged mom of two girls.  She understands the demands on a working mother and how hormonal changes can wreck havoc on a person’s weight and overall outlook on nutrition.  She can provide guidance as you journey through any fitness and nutrtion challenge as she’s gone through many obstacles herself in pursuing her own healthy status.

Lori believes that someone telling you to push harder and get back on that bar will increase your fitness, help you reach unimagined goals, look great in a bathing suit, leap tall buildings, lose 10 pounds by summer, and encourage a fitness lifestyle that is second to none. She will demand you give everything in every workout and you will find new depths to your mental toughness. Oh yeah, and she will make sure you have a lot of fun!
