You don’t want to pick a snatch movement and do “Grace” afterwards.   • Power snatch | build to a heavy single | prioritize movement over load
  • Power clean + jerk | build to a heavy single | prioritize movement over load

WOD – “Isabel” – For Time

  • 30 snatches 

RX: 135 – 95
SCALED OPTION: choose a weight you know you can complete 12 – 15 reps unbroken when fresh

OR

WOD – “Grace” – For Time

  • 30 clean and jerks

RX: 135 – 95
SCALED OPTION: choose a weight you know you can complete 12 – 15 reps unbroken when fresh
