WOD February 11th – 2018 “SKILL SUNDAY”

Skill Sunday is back once again. This week you get to pick something you want to work on. The coach will help you determine what progression will help you the most, but they’ll also help you with the amount of reps you should be doing. Make sure to grab a weight on the kettlebell that you only have to put it down once! #NOMADNESS #MORETHANJUSTAGYM

WOD February 11th – 2018 “SKILL SUNDAY” 

Skill – EMOM 10 minutes:

  • pick a gymnastics movement to work on | get with your coach to determine the number of reps and which progression you should be using for whatever movement you choose

“Sit Tight” – 4 rounds – for time 

  • 21/15 calorie row
  • 30 abmat sit-ups
  • 30 kettlebell swings

RX: 53 – 35
SCALING OPTION: choose a weight that you can complete all rounds of the kettlebell swings with a maximum of one break
