“WODurday #6” – 10 rounds for time in teams of 2 – 35 minute timecap – split work up however needed – one person working at a time

  • 20 deadlifts
  • 400m run
  • 20 wallballs

RX: 135 – 95 | 20 – 14
L3: 115 – 75
L2: 95 – 65
L1: 75 – 55

Extra Credit – accumulate: 

  • 2 minute weighted plank
  • 50 barbell curls (light)
