  • power snatch + overhead squat | work up to a heavy 2 + 2 | rest 90 – 2:00 in between heavier sets

“3” – For Time – 10 minute timecap

  • 30 power snatch
  • 30 overhead squats
  • 30 thrusters

RX: 115 – 75
L3: 95 – 65
L2: 75 – 55
L1: 65 – 35

Extra Credit:

  • accumulate 100 banded pull-throughs or 100 banded leg curls each
