Tough workout today, so no “Skill Sunday”. This will be a workout that can take awhile due to the amount of reps. The coach will warm you up properly and make sure you aren’t choosing a weight that’s too harsh to do a workout with. #NOMADNESS #MORETHANJUSTAGYM

“Dead Center” – for time

  • 50/40/30/20/10 of abmat sit-ups
  • 25/20/15/10/5 of deadlifts
  • 15/12 calorie row or 200m run after each round

RX: 155 – 105
SCALED OPTION: weight on the barbell should be a load that you are capable of completing 25+ repetitions when fresh
